Right of Withdrawal

At Black Hawk Drums, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. Therefore, in accordance with applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.

When can you withdraw from the contract?

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a sales contract concluded remotely (i.e., by purchasing from our online store) within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without incurring costs, except for costs specified in the act.

How to withdraw from the contract?

To effectively withdraw from the contract, simply:

1. Submit your withdrawal statement in your account. Log in and use the Withdraw from the contract function: you choose the order and the products, and once you confirm you immediately receive an e-mail with the statement together with the date and time it was submitted. The function is available throughout the whole withdrawal period.

   If you ordered without creating an account, use guest order tracking: you give the order number and e-mail address, set a password, and your orders appear in your account together with the withdrawal function.

2. Return the product to us. You have another 14 days to do this from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. Please ensure the product is complete, unused (to the extent that it does not exceed what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item), and in its original packaging. Please also include proof of purchase (receipt, invoice).

   You will receive the address to send the product back to in the confirmation of your accepted request. Please do not send anything before submitting the return through the form.

Refund of payments

Within 14 days of receiving your declaration of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your chosen delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us). The refund will be made using the same payment methods as those you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the item back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the item, whichever is the earliest.

Please remember!

• The cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer.

• The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to the purchase of certain types of products, e.g., products made to individual order, products that deteriorate quickly, or sound and video recordings and computer software supplied in a sealed package if the package has been opened after delivery.
