We know how important it is to check an instrument before buying it — to judge how it works and to hear how it sounds, especially when there is little chance of trying our kits in a shop. That is why you can test the kit at home and send it back if it does not satisfy you.

As one of the few sellers, we accept a return even after the product has been unpacked and played.

Order the kit you want

Add the chosen kit to the basket and go through the simple ordering process.

Receive the parcel and test it

From that moment you have 14 days to test it thoroughly at home, at your own pace.

Make your decision

If the kit turns out to be exactly right, we will be glad — that is what happens in most cases. If you decide it is not for you, send it back and we will refund your money.

Terms of the trial

  • The 14-day trial extends the statutory right of withdrawal that every consumer in the European Union has.
  • You should return the goods within 14 days of declaring your withdrawal. We refund the price of the product; the cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer.
  • You may examine the instrument the way you would in a shop. If it loses value because it has been used beyond that — damaged, clearly worn or returned with damaged packaging — we may charge you for the loss in value.
  • If you plan to test a kit and possibly return it, please take care of its condition and keep the original packaging intact.
