Type what is happening, or pick a category — we will walk you through the diagnosis step by step.

Electronic drums

Start by choosing the model — Pulse and N-tron use different modules, so the answers differ too.

Versoni digital pianos

Start with the model. The V5 is operated with dedicated buttons, while the V9, V10 and V11 use the Function button combined with a key — which is why the instructions differ.

Before you report a fault

Seven steps that in most cases either solve the problem or point clearly to its source.

  1. Switch the instrument off and on again.
  2. Check every cable — make sure each one is pushed fully home at both ends.
  3. Unplug and reconnect the element that is causing trouble.
  4. Swap the cable with one from an element that works correctly.
  5. Test the element in a different input on the module.
  6. Restore the factory settings.
  7. If the problem remains — report it to our service.

To speed up the diagnosis, have ready:

  • the instrument model,
  • the order number,
  • the serial number,
  • a precise description of the problem,
  • when the problem occurs,
  • a photo of how the cables are connected,
  • a short video showing the problem,
  • the result of the cable and input swap test.
